International Shipping

We ship almost all orders from GPHQ in San Francisco, California, USA.
Hoodies and hats are made-to-order and are shipped direct from the manufacturer.
Import VAT, duties, and carrier handling fees may be charged by your local postal service on delivery and are not included in GP shipping rates.
If you are using a package forwarder, please confirm it accepts parcels with import charges due on arrival.

If you select First-Class Package International (the cheapest USPS rate for international orders), there is no shipping insurance.
- This rate saves you some money but has a mild risk of lost packages being, well, lost.
Priority Mail International and Priority Mail Express International do have shipping insurance.
If you choose First-Class Package International and the package is lost in transit, we cannot promise a refund - we are too small of a business to be able to eat the cost of lost international orders once they've left the studio.
If you pay for a higher tier of international shipping that does have insurance and the order is lost in transit, we'll be able to refund you (minus shipping charges) after processing the insurance claim.
